The TUC’s mission is to change the world of work for good. This role contributes to ensuring we fulfil that mission when it comes to our own staff throughout their career at the TUC.
Working as part of a small team, you will provide expert professional advice and operational support across the full employee lifecycle including employee resourcing, employee relations and policy development.
You’ll also act as systems administrator for our HRIS system including improving processes, analysing data and reporting.
