Working arrangements: Full time (35 hours p/w). Standard working hours between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working, with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.
Are you an experienced, dynamic and driven business development professional with a passion for international partnerships? We are seeking an ambitious international partnerships and engagement Manager to develop and implement our global strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a prestigious medical federation that supports physicians worldwide.
Manage our international development and stakeholder engagement programme at the Federation of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK, based at the RCP in London.
As the international partnerships and engagement manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Federation’s international strategy. This will include building effective relationships with existing and potential examination centres/hosts, and the identification of opportunities to further expand our international presence of our MRCP(UK) PACES, Specialty Certificate Examinations, and potential conjoint examination arrangements, as well as support for education and training, development of curricula and assessment packages for national governments. Reporting to the head of communications, CPD and international engagement, you will provide close support and advice to the two medical directors for international training and assessment and be responsible for line managing the international partnerships coordinator.
