Junior Investment Operations Analyst (Fund Accounting) 



Dual office locations in Croydon or London (Cannon Street) - minimum 3 days in the office per week - Croydon is our Head Office where the Investment Operations team are based 



£40,000 - £42,000 per annum - dependent on skills plus excellent benefits including Civil Service pension

We’re looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to join the Investment Operations team to contribute to all Fund Accounting aspects of the Investment process of the PPF. 



  



Responsibilities will include the maintenance of trading records, instructing cash and asset accounting, updating of asset valuations, and undertaking key cash and stock reconciliations on a daily basis. 



  



Additionally, applicants will support the investment manager onboarding processes for all new investments, liaise with the Custodian to ensure account are set up correctly and that new assets are funded on time. 



  



Interested applicants will ideally have experience within an investment environment dealing with various investment types, e.g. fixed incomes, equities, derivatives. Applicants should have experience within customer service delivery to include aiding the resolution of issues and change requests, displaying consistency and high levels of detail at all times. We would like to hear from individuals with data management and numeracy skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders (including 3rd parties) at various levels. Finally, any applicants that have exposure to BlackRock Aladdin is a major plus.
