About the role
St Christopher’s Hospice is seeking a passionate and organised Lived Experience Community Connector to join our Community Action Team.
This role focuses on supporting community members participating in lived experience projects and learning opportunities. You’ll engage with people with lived experience in community settings to connect them to initiatives ensuring their voice and views are better represented in our work. Your work will prioritise the participation, inclusion and involvement of people with lived experience in initiatives which seek to make changes to the way we work, helping to support the quality of our services.
This post-holder will work closely with the Community Support Hub and Lived Experience Programme in the Community Action Team. The emphasis of this role will be on teamwork and excellent communication.
