We're excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint an M365 Lead to join our IT and Data department.
What you'll be doing
Working with the Assistant Director of IT and Data, along with other key stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimisation of our Microsoft 365 collaboration tools – particularly SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform – to enable more effective, efficient, and secure ways of working across Golding.
This position will combine strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, and you will act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, driving user adoption, and championing the use of collaboration tools.
More about you. What can you bring?
You’ll have proven experience delivering M365 collaboration tools, leading the adoption of new digital tools, including user engagement, communications, and training. You’ll also have demonstrable experience in project delivery.
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps) is essential and you’ll have a strong understanding of information governance, security, and compliance in relation to MS collaboration tools.
With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you'll have the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
The role may occasionally require out-of-hours work to support system changes or respond to incidents.
When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of up to £62,000 (pro-rata) per annum dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
Whilst some weekly office attendance is required, our Hub, Home, Roam approach allows you to work from wherever suits you best whilst also having a central workspace to collaborate and come together. Our head office is in central Maidstone and is a new, modern and bright space which inspires creativity and innovation.
