Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

This role is offered through our Joint Venture with Penny Lane Builders - Avela Home Service - who are responsible for our repairs and maintenance services. The successful applicant will be employed on Avela Home Services' Conditions of Employment.
What will your role be?
As the Major Repairs Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional service to our customers relating to our major repairs and compliance works. You will effectively manage operative diaries and be responsible for dealing with complex customer enquiries by phone, email, or web resolving where possible.
What skills and experience will you have?
You will have a good standard of general education including Maths and English (grace C/4 or above), and you’ll have experience of working within a Contact Centre environment, scheduling compliance and repairs work.
