We are looking for someone who is able to coordinate the timely supply of materials and components to meet internal production and customer demands.
You would be working in the Purchasing department.
We are looking for someone who has the below knowledge and transferable skills in;
Forecasting & Inventory Management - Own material scheduling and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with production plans and inventory targets.
Order Management -Manage the full lifecycle of orders—from placement to delivery acknowledgment—while proactively addressing material shortages to minimize disruption.
Query Resolution - Respond promptly to queries, including incoming quarantines and invoice issues, ensuring swift resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Supplier Management - Maintain up-to-date records of supplier lead times, pack sizes, account statuses, and ensure ERP/system data accuracy.
Shortage Management - Maintain and regularly update the shortage tracker to mitigate operational impact and improve supply continuity.
General Departmental Support -Support additional departmental responsibilities such as managing clothing, overalls, and MSC (Material Supply Chain) related tasks.
Ad Hoc Duties
Perform other duties as assigned, in line with the scope and objectives of the department
