Mechanic (Mechanical / Hydraulic Equipment)

Location: Peterhead, Aberdeenshire 

Hourly rate: £19 per hour 

Full Time, Permanent 

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (onshore), (Mon to Friday, with weekend rates also available) - with some offshore and international travel 

We’re looking for a Mechanic to join our team in Peterhead!  

We’re looking for those that can work effectively as part of a team to install, service, repair and maintain offshore oil equipment by working closely with the maintenance department.    

Further to this you’ll carry out repairs and upgrades of equipment which will be an integral part of the role. You'll help with the training of colleagues across various disciplines. 

What we're looking for:

  Someone with an ONC Level or equivalent in Technical or an Engineering discipline 

  
  


• 
  

  A valid BOSIET & MIST 

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in servicing and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic equipment/machinery 

  
  


• 
  

  Installations & repair breakdown experience 

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to develop and follow operational instructions. 

  
  


• 
  

  Can travel offshore / overseas when required
