£26,000 (pro rata)
We offer hybrid working – Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office (there is flexibility if necessary)
We have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious administrator to deliver a high level of service and support to our members, delegates and clients. Organised and professional, you will be able to manage a variety of tasks across multiple clients, processes and systems. With a meticulous approach to work, you will manage membership subscriptions and renewal processes, handle enquiries received by telephone, email and by post and process grant applications and payments. IT literate, you will have proven experience of using Microsoft packages, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel to communicate effectively and present and manipulate data. With familiarity of using databases and CRMs, you will be adept at learning a variety of different systems, ensuring all necessary information is recorded accurately and that you can find and report on the correct data.
