We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and reliable Support Worker to join our team at a supported living service for adults with enduring mental health needs.
This role is all about empowering individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, to live independently, make informed choices, and enjoy fulfilling lives. We use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach to support each person’s journey.
Whether you're experienced in social care or looking to start your journey in the sector, we offer the training and support to help you thrive.
This is a 24-hour service, operating 7 days a week. Shifts include:
Weekend availability is essential. The role is located in Worksop town centre and access to a car or reliable transport is strongly recommended to ensure you can attend shifts on time.
