We are looking for someone who is able to be the first point of contact for all customer inbound parts sales enquiries, ensuring all requests are dealt with on time in line with customer expectations, service level agreements and internal KPI’s.
Process and manage enquiries from opportunity to secured order whilst maintaining required databases and portals accurately and efficiently.
You will also be able to
Populate and maintain effective opportunity pipeline
Ensure parts opportunity pipeline is accurately populated daily
Ensure ERP system is used correctly and accurately
Source and interpret wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic and product schematic diagrams to advise customers of required parts
Take enquiry from opportunity to confirmed order
Carry out daily administration not limited to loading opportunities into the ERP, purchase order numbers, raising orders, and placing demand on supply chain
Source parts when required from alternative suppliers to meet customer requirements
Review and raise credits when required within authorisation limits
Maintain and review open orders to ensure all jobs are being actioned
Cover work for the wider team during busy period and for periods of absence
Carry out any additional requirements and tasks as requested by your line manager
This role is 39.5 hours per week based on site in Solihull
