This is a key role in our People & Culture team at Evolve. We currently employee c. 200 people which includes a bank workforce of c.40.  We use Iris Cascade for all HR & Payroll processing including their Recruitment Plus module which is provided by Networx.  Effectively we have all the basics in place and are a well-established team.

This role can be full-time, up to 37.5 hours over 5 days but we are open to flexible working and will consider less hours (30) over 4 or 5 days – applicants will be asked to state their preference for us to consider during the process. Generally, we work 3 days a week from either the South Wimbledon office or other services, and 2 days from home – often Mondays and Fridays.

Evolve is truly a great place to work and as an HR colleague you can really see where you can add value and have a direct link to improving the lives of vulnerable people.  From a people perspective our aim is to grow our organisation and the services we provide.  Evolve needs someone who can offer great customer service to those who apply to work for us and all colleagues who are in need of HR support and be a flexible can-do colleague within the HR Team.

About us

Evolve is a leading homelessness charity in London, providing housing and support to over 1,300 people each year.

Our aim is to help children, young people and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to become independent and resilient.  We believe in building on people’s strengths, aspirations and goals to help them break the cycle of homelessness.

We offer a programme of support tailored to meet people’s individual needs, including housing, employment and skills training, mentoring and counselling. We work with young parents and children at risk of exclusion to build the skills and resilience that can help prevent homelessness. We campaign to end street homelessness.
