Planning Administrator
£28,316.09 per annum
Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working)
Permanent, 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Thrive Homes is seeking a Planning Administrator to manage their Repairs Enquiry mailbox ensuring all requests are responded to within SLA.
Other Responsibilities:
Review Make Every Visit Count daily, raising any resulting works and booking in within target, liaising with Planners, Operatives and Customers
Raise any works from Estate Inspections and book in within target liaising with Planners, Operatives and Customers
Create and send run sheets to Operatives daily
Review Contractor works daily ensuring updates added to our Housing Management System and any follow-on works are raised
Reviewing out of hours and emergency jobs daily ensuring they are closed down within target and any follow-on works are raised and booked in
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers
To carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Organisations repairs process and responsibilities as well as ensuring great customer care standards
Achieve individual and team performance - targets as set by the company, turnaround times, planning - FPOC and resolution of issues / complaints.
Collaboration and support across the team, Relationship and Property Services and wider business to achieve resolution of issues
Any other adhoc duties as and when required by department to fulfil business needs
Requirements:

Demonstratable experience applying a relevant qualification within work experience is desirable.
