In our Portfolio Analyst role, you’ll be playing a pivotal role in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of our residential real estate portfolio. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in optimising the performance and value of our assets, ensuring the best outcomes for our stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in either our Rushden, Peterborough, Boston or Milton Keynes office
Salary: Up to £33,107.50 per year
Contract: Permanent
Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (9am – 5.15pm Monday to Friday, with 1-hour lunch)
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Portfolio Analyst:
Produce Asset Appraisals by collating data from across the business and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Liaise closely with key stakeholders throughout the Asset Appraisal process to collect qualitative as well as quantitative data.
Provide insightful analysis of property performance and make recommendations for optimising outcomes.
Analyse the performance of our assets and explore opportunities for improvement.
Analyse cost trends per unit and benchmark to understand their impact on delivery expectations and long-term investment plans.
Support the team with larger Scheme Appraisals aimed at regeneration to provide better homes for our customers.
Your toolkit for success
To thrive in our Portfolio Analyst role, you’ll need:
To be detail orientated with a level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting, so having previous experience in Excel would be helpful
Be an analytical thinker, with the ability to analyse complex data and draw out key points.
Transferable experience in data analysis, investment research, asset management or project management role
Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
