The well-established and highly successful JAG accreditation programme is looking for an enthusiastic and organised project coordinator to join their data and training team. The successful candidate will focus on projects to improve JETS Workforce.



 



The successful candidate will:




  • Be exceptionally organised and interested in improving processes

  • Enjoy communicating with a range of individuals, developing great working relationships

  • Be experienced at working in project support roles

  • Have a passion for improving the healthcare workforce and its services.



 



About the role



As project coordinator, you will make an impact every day by:




  • Delivering high quality projects, focusing on engaging with endoscopy trainees and trained endoscopists undertaking certification with JAG and outlining the benefits of participation.

  • Working with a wide range of stakeholders to appreciate their needs and ensure that we provide a high-quality programme which develops endoscopy training and performance across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

  • Liaising with the website development team on developments to programme websites.

  • Managing certification of individual endoscopists undertaking our training pathways, ensuring that processes are as efficient as possible, and websites are user-centric.

  • Answering queries via phone and email.

  • Supporting the wider team with the delivery of their projects.



You will need outstanding organisational skills and the ability to liaise and communicate confidently with a range of people. Using initiative and being able to work flexibly as a member of a busy team are also essential qualities.
