Purpose
We are seeking to recruit a project manager for a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Supported Living and Green Care Director, the role is to project manage the successful configuration and implementation of the Trusts new digital system for recording care and support activities and interventions across the Trust.
The Project Manager will ensure the project adheres to budget, timelines and scope.
Location & Travel
Home based role although may require some occasional travel and overnight stays.
Duties & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Development of the project plan covering configuration of the new system and successful implementation
Define key milestones within the project
Produce regular progress reports, tracking progress against the plan
Schedule and conduct regular project team meetings
Development and maintenance of the project risk register
Co-ordinate the priority and delivery of tasks in line with the plan
Communicate the status of the project to stakeholders and project sponsor
Liaise as required with stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of the system
Develop and maintain the relationship with the system supplier as the main point of contact throughout the project to ensure the system meets the Trust needs and is successfully implemented.
Manage the operational system lead – who will support the configuration of the system, operational implementation and become the subject matter expert.
Management of the project within the agreed budget.
