We’re looking for a motivated and organised Property Sales Coordinator to help us deliver an exciting and varied sales programme across the East Midlands. This includes new shared ownership homes, staircasing, statutory and one-off sales.

The Role



 



You’ll play a key role in supporting property sales progressions by:



 




  • Responding to customer enquiries and guiding them through the sales process.

  • Administering shared ownership applications, staircasing and voluntary/right to acquire sales.

  • Managing data entry for properties and buyers across various platforms.

  • Liaising with buyers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to keep sales on track and answering low level enquiries.

  • Providing vital admin support including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and assisting with reports.

Working Hours



 



Monday to Friday, office hours. This role follows a partially agile working model offering a blend of office and home‑based work (once fully trained) to support flexibility and work‑life balance, with an expectation that 3 days are worked from our Head Office, Clifton Place. You will be expected to work from the office while you settle into your role.



 



About You



 



We would like to hear from you if you are:  



 




  • Experienced in a customer-facing role and confident communicating over the phone and in person.

  • Knowledgeable of the property sales process, including conveyancing and mortgages

  • Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload using their own initiative.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Eager to learn, adaptable to new systems and ready to grow within the role.

  • Sales progression experience is desirable but not essential—we’ll provide full training.
