About the Role

As our Property Services Manager in Compliance, you’ll be at the heart of our compliance operations—ensuring we not only meet but exceed regulatory standards across all areas of property services. From gas and electrical safety to fire, legionella, asbestos, and lift compliance, you’ll lead with confidence and clarity.

You’ll:

• Champion compliance and maintain key accreditations (Gas Safe, NICEIC, Oftec, HETAS, MCS, PAS 20/30)


• Develop and refine procedures to drive service excellence


• Monitor performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives


• Prepare insightful reports on progress, budgets, and project outcomes


• Inspire and support your team, fostering growth and development


• Be a calm, capable presence during out-of-hours emergencies

About You

You’re a natural leader with a strong background in property maintenance or construction management. You bring:

• In-depth knowledge of key regulations (IEE 18th Edition, Gas Safety, CDM 2015, Fire Safety Act, and Building Safety Act etc)


• Experience of managing and appraising staff and team building


• A track record of delivering high-performing, customer-focused services


• Experience of managing a substantial scale Property Maintenance function


• A proactive mindset and a passion for improvement


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
