Here at Stonewater, we are now seeking a Rent Setting Analyst (Development) to create and set rents for all New Build Homes delivered through the Development programme which on average delivers 1,000 homes a year.
You’ll be the technical lead and accurately set Rents and confirm Service charges for the Group in relation to New Build Homes, using valid RIC’s Market Valuations, following clear guidance and formulae, ensuring compliance with all Homes England guidance, the Regulator of Social Housing’s Rent Standard, and associated guidance. Using defined formulae to calculate all New Build rents set across the Group, you’ll ensure information is recorded to provide a fully auditable trail and captures all additional income to enable accurate reporting and input final rent figures into our financial appraisal system.
Responsible for the management of the Pamwin data relating to rent setting to enable optimal accuracy of data, you’ll communicate effectively with RICS external valuers for the purpose of setting accurate New Build rents for the Group and notify internal stakeholders in a timely manner of the rent to charge prior to letting. You’ll attend regular Pamwin meetings to focus on delivering team action plans and to promote Group wide performance and activities and support preparations for internal and external audits.
