Temporary Role– Full Time – 40hours– FTC until 31 March 2027

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Resident Liaison Officer to join our refurbishment team and become the trusted link between residents, clients, and project teams.



In this rewarding role, you'll guide residents through refurbishment works, providing outstanding communication, support, and reassurance at every stage of their journey. You'll organise resident engagement activities, manage customer enquiries, resolve concerns, and help achieve industry-leading satisfaction levels.



We're seeking a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, customer care experience, and a passion for building positive relationships. Knowledge of housing refurbishment, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and want to contribute to successful projects that improve homes and communities, we'd love to hear from you.
