Permanent – Full Time – 40 hours



We are seeking a detail‑focused Retrofit Compliance Coordinator to support the successful delivery of SHDF funded refurbishment projects. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all PAS2035 compliance requirements are met, enabling Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) to be accurately lodged on the TrustMark portal



In this fast‑paced role, you’ll coordinate document control across multiple projects, collecting, checking and managing compliance documentation from internal teams, consultants and supply chain partners. You’ll maintain robust systems and trackers, proactively chase outstanding information, and ensure all records are accurate, secure and audit‑ready



You’ll work closely with project teams, clients and external stakeholders, providing essential administrative support while promoting excellent customer service. With strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining compliance, supporting delivery teams and driving efficient, high‑quality project outcomes.
