£50,329 - £52,978 plus allowance 

Full Time – 37 hours per week – Ideally located within 1 hour of Peterborough

As our Senior Project Surveyor you'll manage planned works, ensuring compliance with policies, budgets, and health and safety regulations. This role involves both office and site work, with some home-based flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead and support a team of surveyors. 

  
  


• 
  

  Manage major works and service contracts. 

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure financial and health & safety compliance. 

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct surveys, produce reports, and manage contractor performance. 

  
  


• 
  

  Build strong relationships with stakeholders. 

  
  

Essential Requirements: 

• 
  

  Project management experience in construction. 

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of construction technology and building regulations. 

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership and communication skills. 

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with budget management and financial controls. 

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Office. 

  
  

Additional Information:

  Full UK driving licence and vehicle required. 

  
  


• 
  

  Basic DBS check required. 

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum HNC in Building Studies or equivalent experience.
