We are looking for a Service Administrator Deliver accurate and efficient processing of service related administration on a daily basis, while providing base level cover for Workshop Coordinator when required.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage work in progress to ensure all jobs are raised and closed in line with requirements
Accurately process job sheets through to invoiced stage checking all details
Loading parts on to jobs & process goods receipting
Process engineer time sheets to ensure payroll and work in progress are accurate
Process annual tank test sheets and reports
Raise and follow up of purchase order numbers when required
Review and raise credits when required within authorisation limits
Secure purchase order numbers from customers as required
Collate, amend and verify warranty documentation in readiness for claim submission
Ensure portals, databases and registers are always up to date
Support and provide cover for workshop coordinator regarding vehicle check in, bookings and scheduling
Ownership of service department document filing, both digital and hard copies.
Any other duties as defined by the line manager when required

Computer Literate including all MS Office Applications
Self- motivation and a positive attitude
Strong organisational and process skills
Previous experience of a customer service role advantageous
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work load
