Sessional Lecturer – Upholstery London

Merton College are seeking to increase their Sessional Teacher panel and invite skilled and experienced professionals to teach adult learners across different levels of non-accredited courses in Upholstery.



You will deliver varied and effective teaching and learning sessions, including using virtual delivery if required, in which all members of the group are respected and able to participate. You will prepare course plans in accordance with any external Awarding Body or College set syllabuses and deliver agreed learning outcomes by the end of the course.



We’re looking for someone who has successful teaching experience, relevant professional experience, and sound knowledge of Upholstery. You will be able to plan lessons and use a range of techniques appropriate to learners from diverse educational backgrounds, including adult learners.



Able to communicate effectively at all levels, you will be able to identify and implement improvements in existing systems and deliver virtual sessions if required.
