SHIFT SUPERVISOR – PRODUCTION



40 hours per week – rotational shift pattern



Week 1 Monday to Friday 6am-2pm



Week 2 Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm



£30,089.14 to £31,964.61 depending on experience

About the Role



Working to Accrol Group principles and values, this role is key in leading and motivating the production team in delivering excellent performance whilst ensuring a safe working environment, achieving productivity targets and Company quality standards. The postholder is expected to ensure that our customers are at the heart of everything we do and this should be displayed through role modelling of actions and behaviours on every occasion when representing the Accrol Group.



Continuous improvement, Health & Safety and Quality Standards play a major role in our day to day to allow for further development and growth for both individuals and business.



We operate a fortnightly rotational shift pattern and are looking for two supervisors; one per shift, who can maintain the flow of excellent productivity through collaborative working.



The role is part of a structured pay scale and there are opportunities to progress and receive further training and development to help achieve your personal goals.



About You



You should have a passion and drive to achieve high quality standards with a real “can do” attitude and enjoy a busy team working environment. You should also feel comfortable and confident in working independently with the ability to contribute constructively to continuous improvement ideas, be a self-starter with the ability to role model positive behaviours whilst endorsing company values.

  • Experience of working in a busy FMCG environment as part of a team
