*** Full comprehensive training will be provided; previous technical experience is desirable*** 

*** Must be fluent in English and French *** 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm 

We’re on the lookout for an individual who enjoys speaking with people over the telephone or responding to emails and providing solutions to queries. You don’t have to have experience; we know that support experience comes from a variety of industries; what you will have is a friendly personality and excellent communication skills.  

You’ll be committed to living our values and delivering an outstanding service to our engineers and approved dealers. You will provide a professional, efficient and courteous service, taking ownership of the technical queries and warranty claims, ensuring all correspondence and advice is logged in a timely and professional manner. Self-motivated with a positive approach, you will be fluent in both English and French and able to translate on technical training for our French engineers. IT literate, you will have good problem solving and organisational skills, and will ensure accuracy at all times.
