£37,288 - £39,523 per annum
Permanent, 35 hours per week
We are looking for someone with experience of the welfare benefits system and managing caseloads. You will be responsible for the provision of welfare benefits advice and more general support to help customers maximise their income, sustain their tenancies and prevent tenancy breakdown.
The post holder will need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the welfare benefits system, a proven track record of working with challenging and varied caseloads and the ability to convey complex information in a supportive manner.
