We are looking to recruit a new Care Support Worker to join our team at Brooke farm Employment training Hub and our Balderton Horticultural site.

The position is 30hrs working across Monday - Friday (6hrs a day)

Brooke farm is a 16-acre site with a café, farm shop, greenhouses, and a small garden centre. We also have a smaller sister site in Newark which is dedicated to Horticultural work training where we produce many of the vegetables that we sell at Brooke farm.

Our Care Support Workers will work across both of our sites as needed and will provide support to trainees with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Asperger syndrome.

With recent investment into the training facilities at the farm this is a great time to join the team.

A full UK driving licence is required for this role. A taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this

For an informal discussion about these positions or if you wish to visit Brooke farm to see our facilities then please contact the Team Manager on 0115 9632638.
