Client Services Director / Sales Director – B2B Field Sales
Hybrid working, with several days expected in field, Watford Office or London
Competitive base salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £100,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed-term contract, initially for a period of 3 months.
There is potential for this role to be extended beyond the initial term or converted into a permanent position (subject to business needs, mutual agreement and satisfactory performance during the initial contract period).
We have an opportunity for a Client Services Director to lead, develop, and grow one of our company's leading technology clients, specifically by managing a high-performing team of sales agents. You’ll be accustomed to managing individuals, encouraging growth and ensuring that they meet sales targets for B2B product and solution acquisition. You’ll monitor sales performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing quality control measures to drive continuous improvement. As an inspirational leader, you will formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive client growth and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with overall business goals. A confident communicator, you will enhance the relationship between our company and the client, ensuring that their sales objectives are met and identifying issues that need to be resolved.
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with proven leadership experience with a high-performing sales teams, particularly in B2B field sales environments. You will have a successful background of meeting and exceeding sales targets and understand the importance of building strong client relationships. You will have experience of taking ownership of sales projects and have experience of managing the projects across multiple markets. You’ll be able to motivate and develop the team, creating effective strategies to ensure individual and team success
