Compliance Coordinator 



Salary: £30,039.89 



Manchester, Greater Manchester 



Contract Type: Permanent  



Hours: 35, Monday - Friday (agile working arrangements in place) 



  



Closing date: 17th April 2025

Interview location: Soapworks, Salford Quays, Manchester

As the Compliance Coordinator you’ll work closely and in a proactive manner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information is supplied in a timely manner and in the correct format to update the compliance management system.  



Further to this you’ll carry out reconciliation checks between Association’s compliance management system and the housing management system to ensure data held is accurate and monitor dashboards from the compliance management system and report accordingly. We're looking for those who can provide operational support to the Compliance Team as required.  



We need people who are / have 





  • IT literate including Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to produce letters, reports and Excel spreadsheets.  




  • The ability to obtain performance information through effective use of IT reporting systems.  




  • Strong planning, organisation and administration skills.  




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues and customers. 




  • Experience of working with data and IT reporting systems.  




  • Experience handling and formatting data. 




  • The ability to drive and have access to a car
