With over 50 years of experience in social housing, we support thousands of individuals and families across the East Midlands. We are looking for a dedicated Disrepair and Insurance Coordinator to join our team and ensure that tenants impacted by major disrepair receive the support they need, coordinating all aspects of their cases from assessment to completion.
About the Role:
As a Disrepair and Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing complex disrepair cases that require significant works or tenant decants, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for tenants impacted by major disrepair, coordinating all aspects of the process from initial assessment through to completion and re-occupation. You will also represent the organisation in legal proceedings, overseeing remedial works, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices. This role will be 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
