Due to continued growth and international success, we are seeking a Compliance Engineer to join our team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the compliance of raw materials, purchased components and finished products through robust testing programmes, technical analysis and adherence to relevant legislation and industry standards.
As our compliance specialist, you will act as a trusted internal advisor on regulatory requirements, helping to maintain product quality, integrity and performance. Working collaboratively with operational teams and supporting customer-facing functions, you will provide technical expertise to colleagues across Technical Support, Marketing and Sales, as well as delivering accurate guidance to customers and end users.

You will bring a strong technical mindset, a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across both operational and technical functions. As a confident and credible professional, you will be comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in performance testing and a good understanding of manufacturing processes, supported by strong analytical, numerical and data interpretation skills. You will be an effective problem solver, able to apply structured methodologies to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions.
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships, influence decision-making and convey technical information clearly to a variety of audiences. Strong organisational and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
A proactive and self-motivated approach is key, with the confidence to work independently while contributing positively as part of a wider team. Above all, you will demonstrate professionalism, integrity and discretion, together with a commitment to continuous improvement, best practice and delivering high-quality results.
