We are excited to recruit two Damp and Mould Inspector / Surveyors. 



   



What you'll be doing        



   



We are looking for two exceptional Damp and Mould Inspectors to provide technical solutions and support on complex repairs and maintenance issues related to damp condensation, and mould (DC&M) across our customers’ homes.      



   



In this role you will be driving progress of DC&M and disrepair cases to ensure that appropriate remedial works are in place within an appropriate timescale to create an exceptional customer experience. You’ll accurately diagnose, specify, order, supervise and manage technical DC&M solutions whilst considering all repairs needed.     



   



 Why you’d be great for this role     



   



You’ll be educated at HNC, HND, BTEC HND or higher, in a building discipline.    



   



With demonstrable experience of working in reactive maintenance; diagnosing & ordering reactive repairs, you’ll be an experienced Surveyor with an understanding of housing and property along with the ability to write high quality documentation and reports.      



   



Your excellent knowledge of building and housing regulations and legislation will enable you to act with integrity and accountability. You will also have knowledge of schedule of rates contracts.    



   



You will have an aptitude for innovation and creativity and will support continual service improvement and your excellent influencing and communication skills will show you’ll always put our customers at the heart of what you do.     



   



You will need a basic DBS check, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for this role.   



   



When and where you'll be doing it        



   



You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £45,000 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
