Are you passionate about design, compliance, and delivering quality homes? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Design and Technical Co-ordinator to join our Design and Quality team within our Development Directorate. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and external stakeholders to maintain accurate project data and support the delivery of homes that meet Paradigm’s high standards for safety, quality, and sustainability.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring all asset data is accurate, complete, and readily accessible, supporting smooth project transitions from build to operational use. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to enhancing the quality of our homes while supporting our organisation’s commitment to creating sustainable and thriving communities.

We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience in the construction or housing sector is essential, along with technical knowledge of design and build processes.
