Fixed Term Contract – Full Time (37.5 Hours)



We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Co-ordinator to join Lovell’s North West region, to work from our Warrington office.



Reporting to our Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Lovell carries out its contractual responsibilities for coordination of construction details.



Attending Contract Launch meetings, you will agree on accountabilities, processdesign information and maintain drawing registers – providing technical advice when necessary. Reviewing design and specifications for alternatives to provide added value, you will monitor the release of design information against agreed programme and manage the design interface between packages.



Assisting the Development Manager with management of construction design phase and co-ordination of Design Team, you will encourage innovative cost-effective solutions.



You will have proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge of construction methods and technology coupled with an understanding of environmental legislation and issues. IT literate and competent in design, you will have strong planning techniques and excellent negotiation skill. You will be a proven team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
