Job Purpose

As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will help standardise and improve functional support processes into one global operating model, for this GBS is working with a Global IFM partner. You will be part of a team focussed on delivering leading performance by ensuring we work in a consistent way, use best-practices and build expertise within a specific ‘cluster’ of factories across a number of countries. Our strategic vision is to make sure we improve the customer experience, embed a culture of continuous improvement and enhance our cost to serve within each ‘cluster’. 

Job Responsibilities

• Lead on developing a Safety & Security culture and standards.


• Oversee regular performance review meetings with customers, suppliers & colleagues.


• Act as the first point of contact & escalation for complaints and issues within your cluster.


• Collaborate with colleagues and our IFM partner to identify improvement opportunities for GBS operations or customer processes.


• Validate & manage budgets related to work done by the IFM partner


• Collaborate with colleagues and our IFM Partner to identify cost saving opportunities.


• Identify & manage facility related projects including structural improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Degree qualified.


• Experience in hard & soft facilities management.


• Experience of managing third party service providers.


• Strong in stakeholder management


• Knowledge of the manufacturing/ process industry


• Knowledge of best practice solutions
