FTC Site Manager (Refurb)

Temporary Role – Full Time – 40 hours – FTC until 31 March 2027

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality refurbishment and renovation projects?

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to lead operational delivery, manage site teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As a key member of the team, you'll oversee subcontractors and direct labour, drive productivity, maintain exceptional health and safety standards, and build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in quality control, programme management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement across your projects.

We're seeking a proactive leader with strong refurbishment knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. A solid understanding of building regulations, health and safety requirements, and site management best practice is essential.
