We have an opportunity for an Investment Project Leader to join us!
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end successful delivery of a wide range of investment programmes that achieve high levels of customer care throughout. The successful candidate will take the lead on the full design, procurement, management and delivery of a wide range of investment projects and ensure a focus on customer satisfaction, quality control and health and safety.
What we’re looking for:
Hold a relevant qualification or have professional experience delivering major programmes of work
Hold a SMSTS qualification or willingness to work towards
Experience of cost evaluation and project control
Understanding of contractor performance
Experience of drafting and developing specifications of work and procurement
Good understanding of health and safety legislation, particularly CDM Regulations
Demonstrable evidence of project management that evidence high levels of customer care
