We have an opportunity for a Repairs Assistant to join our team to support the Trust in delivering a high quality, responsive repair service to customers in order to exceed customer expectations.
The role
In this varied role, you will provide general administration support through the processing of invoices including keeping Budget Monitoring records, managing contractors outstanding orders lists, the management of appointments and processing and updating Health and Safety Actions.
With excellent communication skills you will support the managers with communication to customers and contractors, including mail merges and you will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated approach to customer excellence throughout the organisation.
About you
We are looking for a Repairs Assistant with a passion and commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will have demonstrable experience of using different computer systems and packages and have good Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Experience of working within social housing and / or of invoicing & financial controls is desirable however not essential.
