Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits + Car / Car Allowance

Looking to make a real difference to residents while building your career with one of the UK's leading property services providers? We're looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned team in Milton Keynes and the Home Counties. 



About the Role 



As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met. 



Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner. 



About You 



You will have experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or experience working with a main contractor. It would also be advantageous to have experience within a social housing environment. 



Experience of EasyBOP construction software would be beneficial but is not essential. 



You must live within reasonable distance of the Milton Keynes area and be willing to travel between Milton Keynes, Colchester and Welwyn Garden City and hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
