Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for delivering successful construction projects?
We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the financial performance and cost control of multiple developments, ensuring refurbishment projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead commercial activities from project award through to final account settlement, managing cash flow, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations, procurement, and contractual compliance. Working closely with project teams, clients, consultants, and supply chain partners, you'llprovide expert commercial advice, identify opportunities to maximise value, and proactively manage risks.
Beyond project delivery, you'll play a key role in developing people, supporting performance management, mentoring colleagues, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
