Services Coordinator - Partnerships



Nottingham



£32,800 - £38,700 per annum



 



FTC until 31st March 2027



Are you someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, working with data, and making services better for customers?



We’re looking for a Services Coordinator to join our Homes and Wellbeing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring services across our communities are delivered to a high standard, working closely with managing agents, external providers, colleagues and customers. This is a Fixed-term role until 31 March 2027.

What you’ll be doing



You’ll take the lead on managing partnerships and service delivery across a number of schemes. Day to day, you will:




  • Act as the main point of contact for external support providers and managing agents

  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and partners

  • Monitor and manage service level agreements and contracts, ensuring high standards are met

  • Prepare and analyse KPIs, performance data and management reports

  • Work within budgets, monitoring spend and identifying value for money opportunities



Your work will directly influence the quality of services our customers receive every day.



 



What you’ll bring



We’re looking for someone who can combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and partnership working:




  • Experience in contract monitoring, KPI development, quality frameworks or management information systems

  • Strong numeracy skills with confidence managing budgets and data

  • Excellent communication skills, with a diplomatic and customer-focused approach

  • Ability to solve problems logically and fairly

  • Confidence working with stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, unless a disability precludes this.

Working pattern




  • 29.5 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday (office hours – working pattern can be agreed)
