37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Are you a strategic Governance professional?
This role will enable you to hit the ground running. You’ll be taking the operational lead as Head of Corporate Governance, Risk and Audit to deliver a robust, efficient, and professional service, leading on corporate governance, legislative & regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit and business assurance.
You will have a good knowledge of the Regulator of Social Housing’s Regulatory Framework, the expectations for compliance with a code of governance (Thrive has adopted the National Housing Federation Code of Governance 2020), the political environment, and any other regulatory requirement appropriate to the services Thrive delivers.
