Here at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH), we are looking for a PMO Lead to oversee the delivery and management of the organisations change governance processes, ensuring effective portfolio planning, resource management and adherence to standardised methodologies.
As our PMO Lead, you will guide the PMO Team and maintain a toolkit of standardised methodologies and best practices for project management. In addition to line managing the PMO & Governance Support, you will support colleagues throughout the change process, enabling informed decision making through governance structures, project audits, and post implementation reviews.

With strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills, you will be comfortable synthesizing large volumes of project data to make informed recommendations.
