We're searching for a talented HR Partner to join our friendly and dynamic HR team. If you're someone who loves building relationships, solving problems, and helping others succeed, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You'll Do: As our HR Partner, you’ll be the go-to person for managers and teams when they have questions or challenges related to their people.
You’ll get to:
Connect with People: Build strong relationships with managers, listen to their needs, and offer practical, helpful advice. You'll be someone they can trust and rely on.
Help Resolve Issues: Guide managers through employee relations matters, ensuring everything is fair, consistent, and follows the rules. You'll help create a positive and supportive work environment.
Support Growth: Be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and helping people develop in their roles. You’ll play a part in building a strong and talented team.
Be a Problem-Solver: Use your skills to analyse situations, find solutions, and make sure things run smoothly. You'll be a key player in improving our HR processes and making things better for everyone.
Work Together: Collaborate with the HR team and other departments, sharing ideas and working towards common goals. We believe in teamwork and supporting each other.
What You'll Bring: We’re looking for someone with:
HR Experience: You’ve worked in HR before and have a good understanding of how things work, both strategically and day-to-day.
People Skills: You’re great at talking to people, listening, and building relationships. You can connect with people at all levels and make them feel heard.
Problem-Solving Abilities: You’re good at thinking on your feet, analysing situations, and finding solutions that work.
A Positive Attitude: You’re enthusiastic, helpful, and always looking for ways to improve things. You embrace change and are open to new ideas.
Qualifications: You have relevant HR experience or a degree, and you're CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum).
